Stop at PDPO to buy stamps for Beth. Home and check e-mail and news sites with girls and chips. To Beth's place of employment to follow her to tire shop to get tires on one of her employer's cars. Home and make some lunch. FALL in kitchen and hit head - no pass out but some blood. Rest of body in good shape. Call Beth and tell her about fall. Into living room and eat while watching TV western channel old John Wayne Lone Star. Down for nap with girls. Up and bring in mail. Feed girls. Open mail for Beth. Clean up side yard. Get some trash ready and put recycle bin on front porch. Inside and work at computer. Into dining room and turn on news which becomes O'Reilly. Get dinner out of freezer. Beth home and I help her in with her stuff. Start dinner and she makes her salad. We eat with O'Reilly and Hannity. Put out trash. She works on her computer. Into living room and watch recording of last night's CSI: Miami. Finish trash. She showers. Later ~
