Chiropractor after meeting - gives me new exercises. Home, paper and snack. Computer and check e-mail. Beth calls, she wants to take me shopping. Drive over to her place of work and we drive to Indio. Shop Kohls, COSTCO, and Sam's Club. I get over 10 new shirts. She buys a new pair of pants. Hotdogs at COSTCO, then back to pick up my car. Home and down for nap. Up and feed girls. Then I start pulling pins and hanging shirts. She home and I fix dinner - salads. Now we'll probably watch "Lost" which we recorded last night. Later ~
